1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between wiebd ("Company", "we", "us") and each individual who uses the platform ("User", "you"). By accessing, registering on, or using the wiebd.lat website or any part of it, you are automatically considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict with a translation or version in another language, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

wiebd services are available only to individuals aged 21 years or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. The Company may at any time request an identity document or proof of age for verification purposes. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

wiebd operates primarily for users in Bangladesh. However, registration or use of the service is not permitted from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law. Attempts to access from restricted regions may result in account suspension without review.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person, household, IP address or device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

3. Account Management

3.1 Security of Login Credentials

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Funds can be deposited at wiebd via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Transactions that do not meet the minimum deposit amount may be declined. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a withdrawal request is verified, processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Additional time may be required in cases involving complex verification.

4.3 Payment Method Matching

Withdrawals must generally be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.4 Anti-Financial Abuse

wiebd follows international standards to prevent money laundering and fraud. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be subject to investigation and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

wiebd offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be used. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, and the bonus funds become withdrawable only after total bets of ৳30,000 have been placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until it has been merged with the cash balance.
• Unused bonuses are forfeited once the deadline for meeting the wagering requirement has passed.
• wiebd reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse is suspected.
• wiebd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.

5.3 VIP Program

wiebd's VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each level. Cashback rates range from 0.2% to 1.2% depending on the level. VIP benefits are subject to change at wiebd's sole discretion.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

For any of the above violations, wiebd reserves the right to close the account, seize all funds and take legal action if necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Gaming Losses

The possibility of financial loss in gaming always exists. wiebd is not liable for any gaming losses incurred by a user. The user is considered to be participating knowingly and of their own free will.

8.2 Service Interruptions

wiebd is not liable for service interruptions caused by internet disconnection, server maintenance, technical issues or third parties. However, we strive to ensure maximum service availability.
